handle How long have you been in business?
Approximately 10 years. We are a division of a brick-and-mortar business. Our click-and-mortar status gives us an advantage over a traditional e-business.
handle What are your business hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 6am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
handle Why are your prices so low?
We are in several different buying groups and buy in large quantities to get the lowest price we can.
handle If I enter an order via the Internet now, when will it be shipped?
Most in stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is backordered, a salesperson will notify you of its lead-time.
Transit time varies depending on where the order is being shipped to; typically about 3-5 business days. Out of stock items generally carry a 2-3 week lead time.
handle Why does it take so long to get items that are not in stock?
We stock most products in house but some of them are not as popular as others and therefore have to be ordered from the manufacturer and brought in to make them available for shipment to you.
handle Can I place my order over the phone too?
handle How do you accept payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

The ratings are based on many different factors including price, reliability, style, and popularity.
handle What is a rough-in valve?
The "guts" behind the wall or below the deck that connects the trim to the plumbing supply lines to make it work.
handle Are your products secondhand or refurbished?
No. Everything we sell is brand new in factory packed boxes and is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

It varies by manufacturer. If a valve is required but not included, there will be an "rough in required" icon and a link to the corresponding valve on the product page.
handle Do I need to get it?
Unless your plumber or contractor has supplied one, you need to get it.
handle Can I use any manufacturer handles with any faucet?
Handles are manufacturer specific and cannot be interchanged.

The accent kit is needed because it hides the installation.
handle Why are handles and valves sold separately?
To give you more of a selection of style, finish options, and installation options.
handle Do you sell parts?
Yes, we do sell parts. They are available on a non-returnable basis.
handle What is the best way to clean and care for the surface of plumbing fixtures?
Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. Rinse completely. Wipe surfaces clean immediately after applying cleaner. Do not allow cleaners to sit or soak. Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Do not use an abrasive material or ammonia to wipe surfaces clean.
handle Can I replace a two-handle lavatory faucet with a single-handle model? Do all faucets fit all bathroom sinks and tub/showers?
Yes. Standard-size sink openings and faucet dimensions are used throughout the plumbing industry. However, since there are a few exceptions, it is a good idea to check sizes first. Bathroom Sinks: Many single- and two-handle faucets are on 4-inch centers, which is the distance between the centers of the hot and cold inlets or mounting bolts. Another popular style for two-handle faucets is the 8" to 16" widespread. These faucets come with flexible hook-ups to allow for most adjustments. Tubs/Showers: The distance between hot and cold water supplies for two-handle faucets is generally 8". The hole opening for single-handle tub/shower combinations may vary. The opening must be smaller than the faceplate of the unit you are installing for proper coverage.
handle What's the difference in appearance between stainless steel and polished chrome?
Stainless steel is always brushed unless otherwise indicated. It has more of a matte finish and usually matches other stainless steel appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, sinks, etc... Polished chrome is a very shiny, silver finish.
handle Do sinks come with the basket strainers?
No, they need to be ordered separately.
